What This Site Provides

This is a private reference website with no official connection to any sheriff, jail, court, corrections office, or public agency. It does not store official inmate records, booking photos, court files, warrants, release orders, or bond paperwork. It cannot confirm custody, release a person from custody, accept money for bond, or file documents with a public office.

The site points visitors toward Marshall County inmate and jail-record resources, including the Marshall County Jail roster, sheriff information, the Marshall County District Court page, Iowa Courts Online, Iowa Offender Search, federal and immigration locators, and third-party research tools. Public records held by Iowa government offices are governed by Iowa Code Chapter 22 and other applicable Iowa law, not by this private website.
